TERMS: Successful purchaser to pay 10% down day of auction with the balance due on or before April 12, 2010.
TAXES: Real estate taxes to be prorated to day of closing.
FINAL BID: Property to sell subject to the final confirmation of the Personal Representatives of the Estate.
POSSESSION: Purchaser to have possession day of closing.
SURVEY: Survey will be provided by the sellers.
