TERMS: Successful purchaser to pay 10% down day of auction with the balance due on or before August 10, 2009.
TAXES: Real estate taxes to be prorated to day of closing.
FINAL BID: Property to sell subject to the confirmation of the owners/sellers.
POSSESSION: Purchaser to have possession day of closing, subject to tenant’s rights.
